Carmel School Moodbidri organised a Science Model Exhibition on 29th July 2022 in the school auditorium. The Science Exhibition started with a theme “The science of today is the technology of tomorrow”.

The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. The students showcased static and working models which can be used for learning various scientific concepts. The objective was not only to inculcate a scientific attitude and research mindedness but to understand the cognitive affective and psychomotor aspects of science.

Students presented different types of models which were related to different branches of science like Space, Sources of energy, Atomic model, Greenhouse effect, Solar irrigation, Rain water harvesting, Simple circuits, Wind turbine, Newton’s law, Respiratory System etc.

Sr Jyothi, the Principal and Sr Elena, the Administrator surveyed the entire exhibition and also gave the students positive feedback and motivated them to do better.

The Science Exhibition was an exceptional way for students to engage in active learning and develop sufficient science literacy. Students were able to gain confidence and crucial presentation skills.
