- Every candidate for admission and withdrawal must be introduced by letter or in person by one who is responsible to the Principal for her. Additional letter from the school for withdrawal to be submitted along with the letter.
- Pupils coming from other Secondary Schools and Primary Schools should produce “Original Transfer Certificate” issued by the Head of the school concerned.
- Applications for admission should be made in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the office and should be submitted along with the Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. Every pupil on admission shall pay the prescribed fees.
- The Application for Admission must be signed by the father or mother or in their absence by a guardian who has been authorized by the parents to do so. This letter of authorization must be submitted along with the admission form.
- In the case of the admission of pupils coming from Primary Schools or Secondary Schools the Date of Birth as furnished in the Transfer Certificate will be taken into consideration.
- No alteration in the Date of Birth will be made without the sanction of the C.P.I. in Karnataka, Bengaluru.
- The application form should be filled in correctly with regard to all the information asked for.
- The application form should be registered at the school office within the prescribed date.
- No Transfer Certificate will be issued to a pupil whose fee is not paid.
- Pupils joining or leaving in the middle of the term must settle all dues before taking any certificate.
- A duplicate copy of any Certificate will not be issued except for very good and sufficient reasons in which case an additional fine will be levied. In case of a Transfer Certificate an affidavit has to be produced.
- Certificates will be issued a day after the receipt of application for the same.
- Pupils coming from schools outside the State will be admitted on production of the Transfer certificate duly countersigned by the inspecting officer in charge of the institution in strict conformity with the table of parity of standards issued by the Department.
