A seminar for the teaching staff entitled “Classroom Management” was organized by Carmel School Moodbidri on 25th September 2019.

Day begun by invoking God’s blessings on all of us. Prof. Elsie Tharien formar Head of Department of Psychology at St. Agnes College was felicitated with flower by the Principal Sr. Jyothi.

Prof. Tharien spoke about the Pygmalion effect, classroom management techniques, facilitation, self reflection and effective communication. The session ended with a vote of thanks.
