Sep 16, 2020 : Every occasion is a celebration to count God’s manifold blessings on each one of us, and such one occasion was, welcoming our newly appointed Superior as well as the Joint Secretary of our institutions, Sr. Priya Maria A.C. to the school recently. It was amazing to see the campus teachers coming together to rejoice on this occasion.

The celebration began with a Eucharistic Banquet, by Fr. Rohan Dias, C.S.S.R. followed by a short programme, invoking God’s blessings on Sr. Priya Maria and on all of us, since we observed the Teacher’s Day as well.

Teachers of Carmel School welcomed the gathering with their enchanting welcome dance with rhythmic steps. The Principal, Sr. Jyothi Saldanha welcomed the sisters and teachers with her welcome speech. Sr. Priya Maria, in her address note, thanked the teachers for their selfless services to the institutions, she also invited us to be loyal in our commitment and to work hand in hand in our teaching career. Sister appreciated the teachers for making time to witness this occasion, and in return teachers asked God’s blessings on her through the song of blessing.

To mark this special occasion, various games were organized and the winners were awarded with prizes.
