A field trip was organized for the students of grade 7 and 8 on the 9th of October, 2023 to Manipal, Udupi. The students were taken to Dr T. M. A. Pai Planetarium ( Manipal) where they enjoyed the picturesque part of the show. Next the students observed the different types of specimens at Manipal Museum of Anatomy and pathology. Later the students were also taken to Koti Chennaya theme park at Karkala, students got to know about the Koti Chennayas known for their heroic deeds, well built body and war skills. The field trip visit helped the to enjoy, relax and to gain knowledge.

Students of grade 9 and 10 were taken to Pilikula Regional Science Centre and planetarium for the fieldtrip on 7th October 2023. They experienced enriched learning in Science from the various models and fun activities related to science spread over the three galleries of the museum.

The students were explained about Gregor Mendel's F1 F2 Progeny Experiment and August Weismann’s biodiversity charts. At the same time they had fun learning various principles related to Sound, Optical Illusions, Work and Energy and Diversity in Living Organisms. The students were shown a 3D movie in the planetarium. They also visited the lake garden, Heritage village and Biological park.

This field trip has given the useful information that helped them in knowing many vital information that they experienced. Also the students enjoyed and participated in the trip with full zeal. Students were also provided lunch and refreshments.
