March 21, 2022 : Carmel School CBSE Moodbidri honoured two students who have donated their hair for the cancer patients. Melvita Dsilva of Class 9 donated her hair for a cancer patient at Humanity Foundation, Belman and Diona Mascarenhas of Class VII donated her hair at Sparsha Foundation Center, Kerala. This is a good initiative and we always need to give something to those who are in need and help someone who are suffering. The school awarded them with a certificate of appreciation for their generous contribution.

The school also congratulated the students who have ranked in Spell Bee competition organized by WIZ NATIONAL SPELL BEE, Udupi. The following students were awarded with certificates for securing the ranks in Spell Bee.

1. Raizel Ciyanna Serrano of Class 3B secured the 2nd rank.
2. Shanvi Riona Dsouza of Class 5B secured the 8th rank.
3. Yushriya P Aithal of Class 7A secured the 9th rank.
4. Anvitha Riya Dsouza of Class 4A secured the 9th rank.
5. Melvita Dsilva of Class 9 secured the 10th rank.
